7. Where do I eat?
Whichever restaurant you dine in, the menus - and the degree of care lavished
on the food - are the same. You'll find a card in your cabin when you embark

allocated for dinner should you have any problems,
the Restaurant Managers on board will be pleased to assist you.

10. What special facilities are provided for
families?
More to the point, what isn't! Many ships have special Youth Staff, special

an in-cabin baby-listening facility.
For 10-13s & 14-17s, there full programmes
for both day and night (with a teenage night club on most ships.)

15. Is the main destination always the port?
Usually yes, but in some countries we've listed the principal destination
in the itinerary rather than the port e.g Rome (from Civitavecchia.) In these
cases we provide a range of tours for purchase and sometimes a transfer bus
to the main destination. *See Accessible Shore Excursions

16. Should I take a tour?
It's entirely up to you - some people enjoy staying on board in Port - there
is so much to do on-ship!
There will be a range of full and half-day tours at most ports and you will receive full details of these about six weeks before you sail. Please note that the vast majority of these tours will be on board standard coaches inaccessible to confined wheelchair users.
Genuinely accessible transport for excursions is available in certain ports
of call but we strongly advise you consider making arrangements as soon as
possible after booking. Please contact your cruise consultant and, subject
to availability, we will make all necessary arrangements for you.

17. Can I hire a car?
Of course. The Tours Desk on board can arrange self-drive car hire at most
ports. Not only will the car be delivered direct to the quayside but one day
rates, fully inclusive of all necessary insurance, offer the best value around.

18. What is the best way to carry spending money?
For your convenience, most ships operate a cash-free system on board; simply
