You will experience the cultural and delightful cheese town of Alkmaar, the wonders of the great city of Amsterdam, to the beautiful floral displays at the magical Keukenhof Gardens.
Holland is at its dazzling best in spring, you’ll see field after field of beautiful colourful bulbs. This truly spectacular sight is showcased no where better than the legendary Keukenhof Gardens, situated in the town of Lisse. With 7 million tulips, daffodils, hyacinths, crocuses and other spring-flowering bulbs. The overwhelming kaleidoscope of colour and intense scents cannot fail to impress.
Amsterdam is a treasure trove of historical and cultural sights that demand to be explored. You’ll find a huge selection of fascinating museums to visit, including the Van Gogh Museum and the Anne Frank House. There are so many beautiful churches and architecture to be admired, and the best way to take in the sights is to sit back on an accessible canal cruise through this beautiful city.
Alkmaar is a cultural delight and offers the world famous cheese market, which is a colourful array of cheese porters, with straw hats displaying hundreds of cheeses. A tradition not to be missed!

Our crossing will be on the fabulous overnight Hull to Rotterdam ferry, giving you the best start to your holiday. A cabin will be allocated suitable for your needs so you can enjoy a pleasant relaxed evening and overnight rest ready for our arrival into the cosmopolitan city of Rotterdam, the following morning.
Accommodation has been carefully selected and the accessible rooms/cabins have roll in showers, grab rails and shower seats.
Hotel De Rijper Eilanden
This cosy eccentric three star hotel offers comfortable accessible accommodation located in the beautiful village of De Rijp. The rooms are particularly spacious and tastefully decorated. All rooms are easily accessible for wheelchair users and are equipped with TV, internet connection and private balconies. The bathrooms have level entry showers with grab rails. Showerchairs and other equipment can be provided.
Day 1: Pick up point to Hull
Join our accessible coach at your chosen collection point in the UK, then board the ferry in Hull for a relaxed evening of food and entertainment whilst we sail across to Rotterdam.
Day 2: Rotterdam – The Hague – De Rijp
This morning we wave goodbye to our ferry and head to The Hague, the capital city of the province of South Holland. Our morning guided tour offers you an exciting tour to one of the most extraordinary cities in Holland, located near the beautiful North Sea coastline. With the most historic sites per square meter in the Netherlands, The Hague oozes culture and history. This afternoon will be at leisure to explore this magical place, before we head to our hotel, in time to settle in and enjoy an evening meal.
Day 3: De Rijp to Alkmaar
Today is free time to relax and to discover your surroundings as our coach takes us on a short drive to Alkmaar to see the main tourist attraction of the legendary cheese market where you will see the cheese bearers working from 10:00am to 12:30pm. A great opportunity to soak up the atmosphere heightened by the bell ringing in the local square.
Day 4: De Rijp - Keukenhoff Gardens
This morning join our included full day tour to Keukenhoff Gardens, a real highlight of this holiday.
Day 5: De Rijp - Amsterdam
After a relaxing breakfast, we make our way into Holland’s capital of Amsterdam. Our highlights are a guided tour of the old town and time to sit back on a glorious relaxing accessible canal cruise.
Day 6: De Rijp
Today is free time to wander through the streets of the village of De Rijp and be amazed by the beauty of the restored 17th century houses and marvel in the history and charm of this picturesque place. Local shops provide an opportunity to pick up any last minute souvenirs before returning back home. If you wish to venture further afield Amsterdam is a 1 hour train journey away where you can explore its many museums or simply soak in the atmosphere.
Day 6: De Rijp - Rotterdam
Today we say goodbye to De Rijp and travel to Rotterdam to join our ferry for our overnight return crossing to Hull. A great opportunity to reflect on this wonderful tour.
Day 7: Hull to Drop off Point
We say goodbye to our new friends as we travel back to London, via the various drop off points.
