They have air-conditioning, satellite TV, mini-bar, satefy deposit box, coffee-maker, bathroom with hairdryer, shower over bath and a balcony or terrace. Wheelchair adapted rooms have roll in showers and can accommodate a maximum of three adults and one cot.
Two main swimming pools (one salt water and one fresh water with a slope) and a splash pool for children. Poolside sun terraces are furnished with loungers and parasols, and towels are provided. Table tennis, pool table, putting green and fitness room, a sauna, stream bath, jacuzzi and massage. A hairdresser and beauty salon, boutique and souvenir shop. For children there is a playground and kids club.
Three restaurants, Kamakura Japenese restaurant with sushi bar, sashimi and teppanyaki grill. La Venta restaurant, serving the best of Spanish cuisine and tapas and El Parador restaurant, serving breakfast, dinner, themed buffet and a la carte menu.
Within 2km of the Sheraton, a selction of bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours and boutiques can be found. Accessible excursions operate several days a week and include an Island Tour, Mount Teide Volcano and Loro Parque. In addition a package can be booked to take you to nearby towns for shopping and beaches - for guests that are able to tear themselves away from the magnificent retreat!
