The Residenza Parisi and Santa Chiara Hotels are also the only hotel in central Venice, which can be reached by road!
This is Venice, so it was never created with access in mind. That said, there are accessible water taxis and water buses plus we can provide a marked route map for wheelchair users. The water bus routes are very accessible and discounted fares do apply for the disabled passenger and their carer making this the best way to access all of Venice as freely and cheaply as possible.
The spacious double rooms are situated over two floors, accessed via a spacious lift and are wonderfully fitted with cherry wood and silk wallpapers, making each room full of character and offering excellent accessibility. There is a 2cm lip into the bathroom, which has a wheel-in shower with grabs and a small flip down seat, WC with grabs. Satellite TV, radio, telephone with direct external line, mini-bar. Rooms have one double bed with the option of a third single bed. Check-in and reception are at the neighbouring sister hotel, Santa Chiara (approx a 5 minute wheel). The Residenza Parisi Hotel is situated right on the Grand Canal and is in the perfect location for accessing venice via the vaparetto's, right out side the hotel to any of its many water bus stops!
The Residenza offers accommodation only with breakfast and bar facilities available at its sister hotel - the Santa Chiara (approximately 100m). There is an abundance of restaurants close by that you can easily enjoy.
