Children from 0 to 4 years old may use the Fun Club supervised by their parents. The buffet restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and has open terrace tables for al fresco dining. Reservations are required for the Italian restaurant. There is a snack bar by the swimming pools, for drinks and light bites throughout the day.
Lanzarote is a relatively small island and easy to explore by car. Roads which cross the volcanic terrain, taking you through unspoilt villages and dramatic scenery, are immaculate and a pleasure to drive. A visit to the unique Timanfaya National Park is a must, as is a camel ride into the volcanic hinterland! The unspoilt island of Fuerteventura is a short ferry ride away (and visible from Playa Blanca). Ferries sail each way several times a day.
