Access in and around hotel generally good. Access around the resort of Paphos itself is variable and wheelchair users may require help in certain areas.

Each apartment has its own patio, direct dial telephone, radio and satellite television, independent heating and air-conditioning system (split unit), hair dryer, safe deposit box, as well as a well equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. There are two styles of adapted apartments, one has a level entry roll in shower with pull down seat and grab rails at both the shower and toilet. the other style has a bath with swivel-type bath chairs and grab rail, WC with grab rails and raised toilet seats. Studios with twin beds in the living area and all other facilities as above with bath with swivel-type bath chairs and grab rail, WC with grab rails and raised toilet seats are also available.
