Ideal location for families and couples alike, and as much of the resort is pedestrianised this makes it very accessible for wheelchair users.

Location

The apartments are situated in a quiet area in the centre of Puerto Pollensa, close to the town square. The central location means restaurants and shops are easily accessible, the beach and pine walk area are less than 50 metres away. There are two public municipal pools, both with pool hoists available for easier access. One is located in Puerto Pollensa about 5 minutes from the apartments and the second is located in the centre of Pollensa, about a 10 minute taxi ride away (Approx. 7 euros each way).

Terrain

There is good accessibility all around and the building is very close to an easy access large promenade area.

Equipment

A hoist and shower chair and changing table are provided in the apartments, please advise if required at time of booking as different apartments have different facilities (changing table only in 2 bed apt). Additional equipment may be available to hire if arranged through our Travel Advisors at time of booking holiday.

Accommodation

There are two and three bedroom apartments with air-conditioning, heating, satellite TV, well equipped kitchen including washing machine, dish washer, fridge-freezer, oven/hob and utility area. All apartments have a balcony. The bathroom has a wheel-in shower with shower chair, grab rails by the toilet and there is even a portable hoist for use throughout the apartment. The 2 bedroom apartment has a shower bed in the shower aswell as a showerseat. These purpose built apartments have been designed with extra wide door frames, open shower areas, wheelchair turning circles, accessible balconies and bedrooms.

Facilities

There is a municipal garden and swimming pool with hoist. This is located only a short 5 minute walk from the apartments.

Wining and Dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday however the central location means restaurants and shops are easily accessible.

Out and About

Originally a fishing village Puerto Pollensa retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. On warm, balmy evenings everyone wanders up and down between the marina where the yachts are moored, past the cafes and along the famous Pine Walk.
