Access in and around apartments generally good. Ramps to pool area and street. The town is accessible with most shops and bars etc having ramped access. Local beach 15 minute wheel away with disabled toilets and beach access and a long flat promenade to Latchi with its excellent harbour. The beach also now provides access into the sea via a Seatrac beach wheelchair.
Hoists, manual and electric wheelchairs and other mobility equipment is available for rent. Nursing Care can also be arranged. This complex comprises of one x 3 bedroom apartment, 2 x 2 bedroom apartments, 8 x one bedroom apartments and 10 studios all wheelchair accessible with level entry roll in showers, pull down seat on the wall with grab rails and grab rails by the toilet.
A first floor three bedroom pool facing apartment, accessed by lift (80cm door). Two bathrooms with roll-in shower, pull down seat and grab rails at the shower and toilet. Large lounge equipped with TV and air-conditioning (extra charge), a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, this apartment can sleep a maximum of 6 people.
The one and two bedroom apartments have level entry roll in showers in the bathroom with pull down shower seats and grab rails at both the shower and toilet. The bedroom has twin beds and a sofa bed in the lounge to comfortably sleep a maximum of 3 people in a 1 bedroom and 5 in a 2 bedroom apartment.
There are 10 accessible studios available, these are adapted to ensure comfort and manoeuvrability for anyone in a wheelchair and can comfortably sleep 2 people. Features are the same with a wheel-in shower with a shower chair, grab rails by shower and WC, varies betweens studios. Lounge area equipped with TV and air-conditioning (extra charge).
This small complex is well equipped with a pool with hoist and large steps with a rail, the pool is heated during winter months and sunbeds with raised mattresses for easier transferring are available. This family run complex also offers a buffet restaurant for breakfast and evenings meals, most evenings you are able to dine outside, especially on their famous BBQ nights! There is a poolside bar serving homemade food and drinks thoughout the day. Equipment hire, nursing care and some excursions available, please ask at time of booking.
The apartments and studios are equipped for self-catering, although there is an upgrade to B&B available and snacks are served by the pool, evenings meals are also offered and these can be pre booked or arranged on site, they offer a buffet meal and themed nights such as Cypriot or BBQ nights. Most guests will also wish to experience the ambiance and cuisine of the local restaurants which are within easy wheeling distance and most are accesible.
