Casas Heddy is located in the outskirts of the tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen with wonderful views of the resort and the Puerto Calero Marina a couple of kms away.
Although the resort itself is fully accessible with good access in and around the holiday complex, wheelchair users may need assistance to access the beach and centre of Puerto del Carmen about a 10 minute wheel away.
Most equipment can be provided free of charge but must be requested at the time of booking, alternative equipment can also be hired if necessary. Commode shower chairs, hoists, scooters and other mobility equipment is available for rent. Please make these arrangements through our Travel Advisors at time of booking holiday.
The hotel offers twin, single and triple rooms all on the ground floor and all with adapted bathrooms. Some bedrooms have an electric bed already provided and the resort can offer a wide range of equipment free of charge. The adapted rooms have great views of the pool or garden area and they all have a terrace, a fridge, a telephone and an alarm. The bathroom consists of a level entry shower with a shower seat and grab rails, grab rails are also available at the toilet area and the sink has an extended tap handle for easier use.
An indoor heated pool, also used as a physio therapy pool, an outdoor heated pool with large sloping entrance with a rail, small metal steps also available. The resort also has excellent evening entertainment, daily activities by the pool, a supermarket ion site and a wonderful Physio therapy gym and indoor pool.
Casa Heddy is on a full board basis and has a wonderful restaurant on site with a buffet breakfast and lunch and evening 3 course meal. there is also the pool bar where free coffee is available all day. They host BBQ nights by the pool every other Saturday for those wishing to join in.
Lanzarote is a relatively small island and easy to explore by car. Roads which cross the volcanic terrain, taking you through unspoilt villages and dramatic scenery, are immaculate and a pleasure to drive. A visit to the unique
