Location
The hotel, which overlooks the picturesque beach, has been planned and rebuilt for the sole purpose of offering people the chance of a stress free seaside holiday in the pretty town of St. Anne’s-on-Sea. Public accessible buses can take you into the nearby areas of Lytham and the lively Blackpool. Located on the beach with the promenade and an accessible pub opposite.

Good access in and around the hotel and surrounding area. Miles of long flat promenade right on your doorstep.
Equipment
A variety of mobility equipment including shower chairs, shower chair commodes, manual wheelchairs, hoists and walkers are provided free of charge. The hotel is also able to provide scooters for hire. Please make these arrangements through our Travel Advisors at time of booking holiday.
Accommodation
All rooms are furnished to a high specification with deluxe en suite facilities. The shower rooms are fully adapted, all with level access showers. There are various room types available from singles, twins, doubles, suites and a penthouse suite (not accessible). The bedrooms are split over four floors most with interconnecting or adjoining rooms and some with ceiling track system. The suites also have private kitchen areas. The bedrooms have been individually designed with the greatest of detail and thought. Twin and double rooms include tea and coffee making facilities, Direct Dial Telephone, T.V. with DVD player and Free view channels, hairdryer, high / low electric profiling beds with pressure relief mattresses. Many bedrooms and some of the shower rooms come with ceiling track hoists. All rooms and shower rooms are fitted with an emergency call system and have easy access furniture. Room and laundry services are also available at extra charge.

The hotel has a team of dedicated and professional staff to make sure you holiday is completely enjoyable. With organised activity events, a Hydrotherapy pool and a Sensory Room, plus the usual conveniences of a luxury hotel not to mention the delights of Blackpool just a few miles away, the ingredients for a happy and relaxing holiday are all in place. The lounge areas are both comfortable and relaxing and there is an indoor Hydrotherapy Pool and Play Room for guests use. The pool has a manual hoist and stepped access with handrail and there is a changing room with a level access shower and toilet. The Play Room offers creative therapy with interactive sounds to promote a calming environment. You can book a private session for the pool and the Play Room at Reception. The St Anne’s hotel is also able to accommodate and facilitate events, meetings and conferences in a fully accessible venue.
Wining and Dining
Guests can enjoy a quiet drink looking out over the scenic promenade. An excellent choice of food can be found in the restaurant, a variety of dishes are provided and the hotel can also cater for any special dietary requirements you might have. There is a stylish internet café bar which offers an ideal atmosphere for a light lunch, to meet friends for a relaxing drink or to surf the net at your leisure!
Out and About
Set right on the sea front with a long stretching promenade what better way to enjoy the English seaside than with an icecream along the beach. Variety of shops, bars and restaurants are within easy strolling distance. If you want something more to get your blood pumping, remember you are only 10 minutes from Europe`s biggest and most popular seaside resort, Blackpool. Combine a traditional holiday beside the sea with the latest in high thrill rollercoaster rides at the Pleasure Beach. If roller coasters aren’t your thing then the town`s Grundy art gallery provides a cultural distraction for visitors. For evening entertainment, Blackpool has a variety of theatres, including the 3,000 seated Opera House that offers shows from comedy cabaret to West End musicals. Or why not indulge in a bit of retail therapy in one of Blackpool`s shopping centres! For a memorable Blackpool experience, visit between September and November for the town`s world famous illuminations. Started in Victorian times, the lights now stretch along five miles of the promenade and include spectacular fibre optic and computer controlled displays.
