Access in and around hotel is generally very good for wheelchair users. The hotel has two disabled parking bays, accessible toilets in the reception and the main restaurant area. Outside of the hotel there are few footpaths, so caution and assistance will be required if visiting bars and restaurants in the locality.

The Almond Tree Restaurant a la carte restaurant, with oceanfront terrace. Pool Bar, Turtle Nest beach bar, The Chattel Plaza and Pizzeria. In addition there is the 39 Steps Wine Bar/Restaurant which is also available for use with the All Inclusive package (eating only, drinks not included), however this is not owned by the hotel and is located nearby. Some guests may find this restaurant unaccessible due to its location.
Enjoy safe swimming and snorkelling amongst the colourful fish of a natural ocean aquarium, or take a stroll along the nature walk in the lovely tropical gardens. You may see Hawksbill Sea Turtles nesting on the beach.
